What is included in the Amflow PL Carbon rental package?
The rental includes a 100% inspected Amflow PL Carbon e-bike, an 800Wh battery, a fast charger (for multi-day rentals), a mountain helmet, a basic puncture repair kit, and your choice of pedals.
How do pick-up and return work?
Pick-up and return take place exclusively at our physical store during business hours. Upon collection, our team will perform a personalized setup (suspension sag and saddle height) so you are ready to ride.
Can I bring my own clipless pedals or shoes?
Yes, absolutely! We provide platform and clipless pedals (Shimano SPD type), but if you prefer using your own pedals, bring them on pick-up day and we will install them on the spot at no extra cost.
What is the real range and power of the DJI Avinox motor?
The DJI Avinox motor delivers up to 105 Nm of torque (and 120 Nm / 1000W in Boost mode). Its 800Wh battery easily covers 60 to 90 km in high mountain routes with steep climbs, or over 140 km in efficient eco modes.
Are the FOX suspensions adjusted to my weight and riding style?
Yes. Upon pick-up, our technical team will set the air pressure and rebound for both the Fox 36 fork (160mm) and the rear shock (150mm), tailored specifically to your weight for optimal performance.
Can I charge my phone or GPS from the e-bike?
Yes, the OLED touchscreen integrated into the frame features a USB port that lets you recharge your smartphone or GPS on the go using the e-bike's battery.
What documents or requirements do I need to pick up the e-bike?
You only need to present a valid official ID (ID card, Passport, or Driver's License) and your booking confirmation to complete the checkout process in store.
