Can children ride the bikes?
Yes, we offer kids' bikes and child seats suitable for younger riders.
Are helmets included?
Helmets can be rented for €1 per day. Just ask our staff when picking up your bike.
Is a charger included with e-bikes?
No, e-bike rentals do not include a charger. Please ask our staff if you need assistance.
How long does an e-bike battery last?
The battery usually lasts between 60 and 80 km, depending on usage, terrain, and assistance level.

What documents do I need to rent a bike?

What happens in case of a flat tire or breakdown?
Contact us immediately and we will assist you with repairs, a replacement, or provide instructions.
What happens if the bike is stolen?
The customer is responsible for securing the bike properly. If the bike is stolen despite proper precautions, the customer remains liable.

What is included in the rental price?
The rental includes the bike and a lock. Additional accessories like helmets or child seats are available upon request.

What happens if it rains?

What happens if I return the bike late?
Late returns may incur additional fees based on the extra time used.
Where can I pick up and return the bike?
Bikes must be picked up and returned at our rental location during opening hours, unless agreed otherwise. Returning the bike earlier than the reserved period does not entitle you to a refund.
